Brad Johnson is a visionary leader and property management executive with a proven track record. With extensive experience in HOA, commercial, SFR, and multi-family management, Brad’s journey began in HOA and commercial sectors. In 2021, he became the general manager of Sweyer Property Management and swiftly rose to CEO, nearly doubling the company’s profits in three years. His focus on healthy culture and continuous improvement culminated in the successful sale of the 35-year-old business in 2023.
In 2024, Brad joined ProfitCoach as CEO. As an operator-turned-vendor, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience to help PM entrepreneurs build profitable, self-managing companies. Brad’s passion is driven by his operational background and a desire to provide data-driven clarity to PM entrepreneurs, operators, and leaders.
Brad resides in Wilmington, NC, with his wife Kayla and their two children. He is actively involved in his local church, enjoys competitive running, and loves spending time at the beach.

In 2018, Dom created 20for20 – the multifamily industry’s leading survey of operations and technology, the sixth annual edition of which will be published in February 2024.
Prior to founding 20for20, Dom held leadership roles in consulting, technology and marketing for more than 25 years, spending the last decade in multifamily. Most recently, Dom worked with D2 Demand Solutions and previously in various roles with the Rainmaker Group (famous for the revenue management application, LRO) until its sale to RealPage, Inc. in 2017.

With Six Sigma training and a lean management style, Deb identifies and solves root causes of issues, providing strategic planning, S.W.O.T. analysis, training, and revenue opportunities.
Deb started rehabbing properties in 1998, turned over 35 properties in four years, and kept most as rentals. In 2001, she founded Real-Time Leasing in Minneapolis, MN, and in 2009, became a licensed general contractor, launching a maintenance company. She has served in various roles for NARPM and as a director for the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors. Deb will complete her MBA with an emphasis on Leadership from Southern Utah University in November 2021.

Steve Parrish has been the Director of Maintenance at Invest West Management since January 2024. He has enjoyed a 35+ year career in the non-profit sector focused on start-ups, team building and leadership development. He also has 25+ years of property experience including acquisitions, development, construction, management, and marketing, both in the residential and commercial markets. Because much of his experience has been with personally owned properties, he brings an owner’s perspective to his team that informs their approach to maintenance.

Chris Barber has been in the property management business his entire life. His parents started Invest West Management (IWM) in 1979 when Chris was 5. Chris spent his childhood performing various jobs in the business, mainly focused on maintenance of the properties managed by IWM. After graduating Washington State University 25 years ago Chris transitioned to the management side of the business, taking over daily operations in 2008 and ownership control in 2017. The next generation has entered the business with Chris’s eldest son Jordan currently working as a project manager in the maintenance department.

Starting as a part-time groundskeeper in 2003, he quickly rose to oversee maintenance for portfolios with up to 32,000 apartments. Adrian has worked with Greystar, Balfour Beatty Communities, PMG, and Cortland.
As an esteemed trainer and EPA Proctor, he has mentored many professionals and taught essential classes for the National Apartment Association. In 2023, he founded Multifamily X Consulting Group, offering his extensive industry expertise to property management firms.
Adrian also hosts the Multifamily Chronicles, The Multifamily Hangout, and Multifamily X podcasts, sharing industry insights. He holds a law degree from the Romanian American University in Bucharest.

After a 20-year career at AAA, where he served as an Executive overseeing road service call receiving and dispatching across 10 states, Andy Shinn transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2012. He and his wife Yvette delved into residential property management in Colorado. Recognizing a gap in the market, Andy saw the potential for outsourced solutions for property managers. In 2015, he sold his property management company to launch EZ Repair Hotline, aiming to manage maintenance coordination similarly to the Emergency Road Service at AAA. By 2022, he integrated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into EZ Repair’s strategy. Today, Andy focuses on long-term strategy and technology development as Founder of EZ Repair Hotline. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California, along with several IT certificates in re-engineering and AI.

Karen Jordan is the driving force at HBR Rentals in Tracy, CA, infusing the team with passion since 2011 as a managing partner. Actively involved in NARPM and CALNARPM since 2012, Karen is currently pursuing her RMP designation and serves as the Secretary on the CALNARPM board.
Beyond work, Karen’s life is rich with family and adventure. Celebrating over 25 years with her husband Jack, their family is deeply rooted in the business. Tre oversees maintenance, Boz manages social media post-Masters at UCLA, and Jack collaborates closely on home projects.
