In 2021, he became the general manager of Sweyer Property Management and swiftly rose to CEO, nearly doubling the company’s profits in three years. His focus on healthy culture and continuous improvement culminated in the successful sale of the 35-year-old business in 2023.

In 2024, Brad joined ProfitCoach as CEO. As an operator-turned-vendor, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience to help PM entrepreneurs build profitable, self-managing companies. Brad’s passion is driven by his operational background and a desire to provide data-driven clarity to PM entrepreneurs, operators, and leaders.

Brad resides in Wilmington, NC, with his wife Kayla and their two children. He is actively involved in his local church, enjoys competitive running, and loves spending time at the beach.

Prior to founding 20for20, Dom held leadership roles in consulting, technology and marketing for more than 25 years, spending the last decade in multifamily. Most recently, Dom worked with D2 Demand Solutions and previously in various roles with the Rainmaker Group (famous for the revenue management application, LRO) until its sale to RealPage, Inc. in 2017.

Deb started rehabbing properties in 1998, turned over 35 properties in four years, and kept most as rentals. In 2001, she founded Real-Time Leasing in Minneapolis, MN, and in 2009, became a licensed general contractor, launching a maintenance company. She has served in various roles for NARPM and as a director for the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors. Deb will complete her MBA with an emphasis on Leadership from Southern Utah University in November 2021.

Because much of his experience has been with personally owned properties, he brings an owner’s perspective to his team that informs their approach to maintenance.

He and his wife Yvette delved into residential property management in Colorado. Recognizing a gap in the market, Andy saw the potential for outsourced solutions for property managers. In 2015, he sold his property management company to launch EZ Repair Hotline, aiming to manage maintenance coordination similarly to the Emergency Road Service at AAA. By 2022, he integrated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into EZ Repair’s strategy. Today, Andy focuses on long-term strategy and technology development as Founder of EZ Repair Hotline. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California, along with several IT certificates in re-engineering and AI.

Beyond work, Karen’s life is rich with family and adventure. Celebrating over 25 years with her husband Jack, their family is deeply rooted in the business. Tre oversees maintenance, Boz manages social media post-Masters at UCLA, and Jack collaborates closely on home projects.
